Will not be returning. The bathrooms we're very discussing. Trash everywhere and soap on counters and floor and smells horrible. Then the lobby was covered in trash, floor is sticky. Food wasn't cooked fully and fries were burned couldn't even bite down on them. Don't ever remember this place being like this as a child. Will never go back
Whoever the lady was that was working the drive thru around 2 pm Saturday Oct. 14th was extremely rude. It took her forever to say she will be with me in a moment then when i asked how much the chick n tater melt was since it wasnt between 9pm-5am she said i dont know it aint on there. If it was on there do you think i would be wasting my time asking your rude ass? Then she so busy trying to be rude she rung up the wrong order then said is it anything else before i could say naw she said it louder "anything else". When we had to take the food in there to get the right meal the girl at the front act like she had an attitude. I dont wanna give them 1 star but i had to to write my review.
Horrible , FILTHY, food takes forever and very slow, order is always messed up somehow, and no slushes, the machine been broken for years and never fixed. The fries always taste old or stale .Typically running out of things like rice , buns, TACOS or even patties. . Love Jack in The Box food but not this one.

Counter worker told my brother that they weren’t taking orders and to go through the drive thru. Then she took the order of the people coming in behind us. Maybe we had the wrong skin tone. I refuse to eat inside. Leaky ceilings, constantly wet floors, dark and dreary.
