Room was nice but tolit did not work so after a long day of them working on it finally they gave us another room but was half as big with nothing but 2 beds so after having a couch fridge to nothing felt a little cheated
I had a room reserved through priceline, when I checked in and went in to my room, I was immediately greeted by a room full of fleas, when I reported this I was told that they were fully booked and could not change rooms. I was then told that a refund could not be guaranteed because it was through a third party booking. Priceline stated that the refund would be up to the hotel, I have still not heard back. Like does nobody clean up the rooms after guests... or did nobody notice this? It was as soon as we got in to the room that we noticed the fleas, it was hard not to
Clean, friendly, reasonable and Quiet and my mom just loved the beds, they were firm not a plush, it's a nice breakfast and they also have room for trucks to park nearby
The hotel only had suites available so they gave us a 2 bed suite for $99.99. it was clean and it's 100% non smoking, so it smelled fresh. Cold ac, ice and vending available. The wifi was shotty at best with high ping and low bandwidth. I liked it, but you can decide for yourself. I'd probably revisit.
Bad customer service. Parking lot dirty and breakfast is cheap and lousy.
