So NO! I will never recommend a Henson Dealership for anything other than to stay clear of due to being UNTRUSTWORTHY. 3 SEPARATE visits and in all 3 visits I was ALMOST charged for repairs I DID NOT NEED.

Lisa McBroom and her staff are the greatest. I buy trucks from Henson because of her service and service department. She deserves a raise!

All of that cost me less than 1/4 of the $1200 you were going to charge me just to tear it down.

Terrible service, they treat you all nice when you arrive but when they see that you dont get prequilify for a car they treat chu like garbage. Micheal mann said he was going to call me back to give me an answer but never bother calling me back but at first he was blowing up my phone..never going back not even if i get prequalify.

I have to say this was by far the best buying experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Not only did I get one of the best deals in the nation (believe me I searched for weeks nation wide) they made me feel like I was walking in to pay cash for a Lamborghini. The manager and salesman were very nice and I get the feeling this is how they do business 24/7. They delivered my vehicle and have gone over and above to make my buying experience amazing. (The folks who delivered my truck were wonderful). I'm definitely going to be spreading the word about the Henson dealerships to my friends. Thanks again

My husband has worked in auto shops most of his life and KNEW that did not sound right so we retrieved our car and took it to another mechanic who CORRECTLY deduced that the cause for the overheating was the water pump, a radiator that was so clogged it needed replacing and a new thermostat because the one that had been installed a day before had been installed INCORRECTLY.

I have taken my vehicle to your deanship on several occasions for State Inspections and repairs. On each occasion I was quoted repair cost that seemed to be excessively high for the problem I brought my car in for. I had Henson Buick do a State Inspection on my car and I was told it failed due to tire tread problems. My husband was a Vehicle state inspector for 8 years and re-inspected my car from top to bottom and there was absolutely no reason for it to fail. I took it to another inspection station and it passed with the same tires on it as when Henson Buick inspected it.

PLEASE do post my response on your site. i know i will be posting it to ALL of my web sites.

I took my car in for an over heating problem my husband had already narrowed down to being either the thermostat or water pump and the radiator in bad need of being flushed. 5 hours after dropping it off I was told it was fixed and it was the thermostat that was bad. I got a 2nd call less than an hour later and was told it was not fixed that they needed to look into a little more because it over heated again. Something the RECEPTIONIST caught as she was parking it to be picked up after closing. Apparently your mechanics do not check their work, I received a call a few later saying that my engine needed to be torn completely down so THEY COULD DETERMINE WHAT WAS WRONG. That would cost me $1200.00 in labor not including the parts and labor after they found what was wrong. I would have to put up half the money now due to my car being over 10 years old.

Everyone is always nice when I contact them. They seem to go above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied.
